My desk says "RST" or "ASr" and won't move up. What do I do?

The desk needs a Reset.

Unplug the desk from the power outlet for 30 seconds.

Plug it back in.

Press and hold the DOWN button until the desk reaches the lowest height and rebounds slightly.

The display should show the height, and it will work normally.
