What is your return policy?

We offer a 10-day risk-free replacement policy. Physical Damage, Defective, Wrong and Missing Item? No problem! simply email us at support@supergo.in with your order details to initiate a replacement. We'll arrange free doorstep collection. Items must be in original packaging and "like new" condition to avoid fees. Replacements are processed within 7-10 business days after inspection. Please note, this policy applies only to purchases made from our online store.
